The murrplastik assembly department celebrates a remarkable anniversary
For a decade now, there has been a unit with an inclusion division where people with different abilities and backgrounds work together. Aynur Benzetti has been involved from the very beginning and is responsible for inclusion. She highlights the diversity and cooperation within the team and is proud of how one month turned into 10 years.

How one month turned into 10 years
Strong together: Inclusion as a model for success
Since 2014, the inclusion division in the assembly department has provided an integrative working environment. People with and without disabilities work hand in hand to assemble various products on time and ready for dispatch. Colleagues with a hearing impairment communicate via sign language, while students gain valuable practical experience. Temporary employees support the team, and also people from a local clinic have the opportunity to do an internship. In the past, some major projects could only be realized quickly thanks to the great support of the inclusion division
Cooperation with Paulinenpflege (facility for youth and disability support)
An important milestone in the success story is the many years of cooperation with Paulinenpflege. Paulinenpflege has been manufacturing parts for murrplastik for over 20 years. The employees are very familiar with the products and processes. In early 2014, the decision was made to directly employ people with special needs at murrplastik. This decision proved to be extremely successful, and the integrated workplaces are now an essential part of the company.
Current situation
Paulinenpflege continues to manufacture parts for murrplastik on its own premises. Three employees of Paulinenpflege work directly in the company. A total of seven people work in the department, and the team is proud to have people with and without disabilities contributing to the company's success.
Successes and challenges
The inclusion division has achieved considerable accomplishments over the past ten years. The employees have proven that a wide range of tasks and teamwork can lead to exceptional achievements. The team has achieved a number of goals together:
- Quality has been improved: By sharing experience and skills, the production processes were optimized and the quality of the products increased.
- Barriers have been overcome: The team has actively campaigned for barrier-free workplaces and individual needs have been taken into consideration. This allowed all team members to develop their potential.
- Community has been strengthened: The inclusion division has become a strong community in which everyone feels respected and valued.
But there were also challenges. We have learned to be flexible and to focus on the individual strengths of each person. Jointly, we have found solutions and evolved.
We are proud of our inclusion division and look forward to the upcoming ten years!
