It is important to arrive first. Get to know the company, meet colleagues and exchange ideas with the trainees and dual students from the upper apprenticeship years.
Get to know each other
Our excursions with all murrplastik trainees and students provide an opportunity for this. This year there was an outdoor team building activity. One of the highlights was a game of mini golf followed by a visit to the beer garden.
Feel good
Things continue after the introductory week. You will be assigned a buddy from the upper apprenticeship years who will help you to settle in at murrplastik and accompany you at the beginning.

Company tour with introduction to all departments
Teambuilding & Getting to know each other
With a company tour and introductions to all departments and areas, you will quickly get an overview of murrplastik. You'll be right in the thick of things right from the start. Through our teambuilding programs, you will quickly get to know your colleagues, and especially all the other trainees and dual students.
With an IT training course in all relevant programs, we want to ensure that you start your new working day well prepared and receive the best support right from the start.
Communication
The education community
There is a community for all trainees and dual students on the murrplastik intranet. This platform is used for exchanges among each other, but also for updates of the training plan and for information to all those involved in training in the company.

Kristian Mertlik, Training Manager I am pleased that there are more and more opportunities to show the international orientation of our company on the training market as well. The introduction of the training program for Industrial Management Assistants with Additional Qualification in International Business Management has helped us a lot. It allows our trainees to regularly take part in international stays. In addition, we are increasingly supporting interns from other countries to gain their first professional experience.
Experience abroad with murrplastik
Training or studies with practical part abroad
murrplastik offers the opportunity to spend a practical part of your training or studies abroad. As part of the training program "Industrial Management Assistants with Additional Qualification in International Business Management", or in short Industrial Management Assistants with Additional Qualification, the vocational school in Esslingen, Germany, organizes an international project funded by ERASMUS (Support program of the EU) for some of the trainees every year. Part of the international exchange is a four-week stay in Madrid and a two-week stay in Dublin.
The worldwide company locations of murrplastik give the "murrplastik trainees" the possibility to gain additional experience in the various subsidiaries. For example, visits to the locations in Italy and Switzerland are highly appreciated.
