FHS Flexible Holder Systems for Collaborative Robots
The Murrplastik FHS system has been designed for use with or without additional parts. Two base bodies exist: First, the FHE, in which conduits and cables can be inserted directly. An UHE holder can be mounted optionally. Second, the FHS-SH base body which was designed for use with the system holder SH exclusively.
Buckle straps are used to fix the FHS base body to the robot arm. The buckle strap at the FHS-C, where conduits and cables are inserted directly into the FHE base body, also fixes those and holds them in their position. Based on the low workload and rather low volume of Cobots, the FHS system is designed for the nominal widths 16, 21 and 29. These widths apply for both, direct cable insertion and the installation with conduit holder.
To make the selection process easier, we offer sets for the 3 sizes of collaborative robots:
83693480 FHS-Set 3kg
83693482 FHS-Set 5kg
83693484 FHS-Set 10kg
The sets were adjusted to the individual size of the robots and include the articles listed on the following page. The FHS-sets are equipped with the FHE (without additional holder) in which protection conduits and cables can be inserted directly.
Sets specially designed for cable routing on TM robots. The assembly includes the protective conduit, end sleeves and the appropriate fastening with non-slip hook and loop tape. For an easier installation of pre-assembled cables, the protective conduit is available in slotted LS. The set offers a lowest possible interference contour for a low risk of damage.
Sets specially designed for cable routing on Fanuc CRX 10i robots. The assembly includes the protective conduit, end sleeves and the appropriate fastening with non-slip hook and loop tape. For an easier installation of pre-assembled cables, the protective conduit is available in slotted LS. The set offers a lowest possible interference contour for a low risk of damage.
Sets specially designed for cable routing on Yaskawa HC 10 and HC 10 DT robots. The assembly includes the protective conduit, end sleeves and the appropriate fastening with non-slip hook and loop tape. For an easier installation of pre-assembled cables, the protective conduit is available in slotted LS. The set offers a lowest possible interference contour for a low risk of damage.
Sets specially designed for cable routing on Kassow robots.
The assembly includes the protective hose, end sleeves and the appropriate fastening with non-slip hook-and-loop tape. For an easier installation of pre-assembled cables, the protective conduit is available in slotted LS.
The set offers a lowest possible interference contour for a low risk of damage.
Sets specially designed for cable routing on Doosan cobots. The assembly includes the protective conduit, end sleeves and the appropriate fastening with non-slip hook and loop tape. For an easier installation of pre-assembled cables, the protective conduit is available in slotted LS. The set offers a lowest possible interference contour for a low risk of damage.
Our extremely stable system holder clamp is a very easy to install heat-resistant and durable holder system for securely fastening conduits in all sizes up to nominal width 70.
The system holder clamps can be used to fasten all system holders made of plastic without metal closing from nominal width M25 to 70 Jumbo. The hinged pivot pin makes it easier to open and close the clamp. The clamping screw does not have to be completely unscrewed. The pin can be folded up easily and quickly. The special variant "LO" comes with a raised bracket. SHS-systemholder-clamp-data-sheet.pdf
The FHS-C (Flexible holder system Cable) consists of the FHE and a buckle strap which is available in four lengths. It is available as a separate article with just one length of buckle strap included or as a set including all four lengths of buckle strap + FHE. The FHS-C was developed for direct cable or conduit insertion and can be used for different outside diameters because of the flexible lengths of the buckle straps. The length selection can be adapted to the diameter of the robot arm as these may vary. As soon as the cables or conduits are inserted into the FHE, they must be simply fixed by the requested buckle strap. The buckle strap connects the FHE directly with the robot arm on one side and with the inserted cable on the other side.
The FHS-SH (Flexible holder system with system holder SH) consists of the FHS-SH base body, an SH holder mounted on top and a buckle strap which is available in four lengths. It is available as a separate article with just one length of buckle strap or as a set including all four lengths of the buckle strap + FHS-SH and SH holder . The FHS-SH is suitable for handling small dress packs at slow to medium movement speeds where high system security is required. The length selection of the buckle strap can be adapted to the diameter of the robot arm as these may vary. Due to the additional system holder SH, the buckle strap in this case is only used to fix the FHS-SH to the robot arm. As a result it can adjust a larger range of diameters than the FHS-C type.
The FHS-UHE (Flexible holder system with one-piece universal holder UHE) consists of the FHE, an UHE holder mounted on top and a buckle strap which is available in four lengths. It is available as a separate article with just one length of buckle strap or as a set including all four lengths of the buckle strap + FHE and UHE holder.
The FHS-UHE is suitable for the laying and fixing of conduits within dynamic and light applications, where axial movement of the conduit must be avoided. The length-selection of the buckle strap can be adapted to the diameter of the robot arm as these may vary. Due to the additional one-piece universal holder UHE, the buckle strap in this case is only used to fix the FHE at the robot arm. Thereby it can adjust a larger range of diameters than the FHS-C type.
The recirculation system is a simple and space-saving system and can handle a length adjustment of 150 mm. The system is very suitable for small robots, such as UR3, UR5 & UR10 of Universal Robots.
The recirculation system can be mounted directly on the robot with FHS-hook and loop holders.
The KKR-Fix hook and loop tapes are used for the quick and easy fastening of our flexible holder systems, as well as for bundling and fixing of cable strands.
Applications range from their use in robotics throughout mechanical engineering and on to house installations.
The back side of the hook-and-loop tape has been specially coated. This ensures a tight and slip-resistant grip of the tape on almost any surface. These special properties of the KKR-Fix makes it quite a gentle solution for low torque fastening of cables.
